SHARAI CAMPBELL

Founder and CEO

Sharai Campbell has years of experience as a revenue and operations manager. She has worked her way up the corporate ladder and is currently the Group Manager for Video Operations at Sandals Resorts International with responsibility for the end to end business handling of the Video Operations division at 18 all Sandals and Beaches resorts across the Caribbean.

In 2019 she founded Peonies and Intellect in an effort to foster collaboration amongst women, to create a network of access and support and to provide mentorship the women following in our footsteps to help guide them along their success journeys.

Sharai has a B.Sc. Psychology, a Masters of Business administration and has been featured on the cover of The Beyond Woman Magazine and the Western Mirror.  

GEMMA TROUPE

Director - Finance

Wife and mother of two handsome intelligent boys, an independent woman who never settles for less than what is duly deserved. She is an extravert, a mentor, and a friend who centres hard work, discipline and integrity at the helm of whatever she does.

She's the Co-owner & CFO of Troupe & Company Productions Ltd, the Financial Controller at Deja Resort, a Director of the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP) Jamaica Chapter, and Director of Finance for Peonies & Intellect.

She takes great pride in being instrumental in philanthropic initiatives undertaken by Troupe & Company Productions, Deja Resort and Peonies & Intellect charitable programs.

Peonies and Intellect provides an avenue for her to engage with women who motivate uplift and inspire each other and most importantly mentor young girls.

AMANDA SPENCER

Director – Marketing and Member Services

Amanda Spencer is a Director & Co-Founder of a premiere events planning company Elite Events JM & a concierge gift servicing company The Wishlist JA in Montego Bay Jamaica. She is also the Director of Marketing & Member Services for the Non Profit all female group Peonies & Intellect where is lends her marketing expertise and engages new and existing members to ensure they maximise the benefits of what the group has to offer. 

A serial entrepreneur and marketing & sales specialist, Amanda is always affixed on building her business portfolio to better not only herself, but all those with whom she may come in contact with. Her spirituality & zest for life plays an avid role in her decision making and outlook on life.

Amanda is the epitome of a girl's girl and so giving back to women is at her epicenter. Peonies & Intellect provides an outlet for her to not only collaborate with other women but to also aid younger women and girls to be confident in their worth and to foster positive attitudes towards their goals.

MANJU DADLANI

Director - Administration

Manju Dadlani is one of the two directors of Elite Events JM, a premier event planning company in Montego Bay Jamaica. She is also the Director of Administration for the Peonies & Intellect where her duties include maintaining the administrative records of the organization as well as being the point person for all project undertaken.

She believes in introspection and continuous self development and she pursues these through meditation and her yoga practice. She is also an avid reader, a foodie and can often be found lounging on a nearby beach.

Being a Peony allows her to forge business relationships with like minded women in addition to using her talents to give back to the Jamaican community by supporting young women through philanthropy and helping them own the fact that we are stronger together.

ANECIA BROOKS

Director - Philanthropy and Outreach

Anecia Brooks is a thalassophile, and an adventure seeker that loves chilling with friends and family. She is a Logistics Co-ordinator, an Educator and founder of Lashes by Neci. She always exudes a positive energy and aims to find potential and best qualities in all persons who she comes in contact with. She seeks opportunity in all areas of her life and is an outgoing people person.

Her role on the board of Peonies and Intellect is Director of Philanthropy and Outreach with responsibilities not limited to planning and executing outreach projects, sponsorships and other philanthropic efforts. 

Peonies and Intellect is the epitome of sisterhood. It fosters working, nurturing and growing together to conquer any professional or personal goals and challenges.
